Out of Site Services
provides you with a local number to which you divert your business
phone whenever you need us to take your calls. Diversion charges may apply from your carrier, it is best to check with them direct.
During business hours we answer your calls in your company name, as if we were sitting outside your office. - Should the caller simply leave a message, these can be sent immediately or at specific times via
email, sms, phone or fax.
- You are expecting an important call - when it comes we track you down, then offer to transfer the call.
- A client wants some pricing - we give them a quick rundown based on their immediate needs then send you the details for follow-up and a quote.
- With AppointmentBook we can schedule, move, cancel and update your clients appointments - not to forget managing waiting lists and keeping your schedule as full as you desire.
We are available to take your calls from 8:30am until 6pm (across all Australian time zones), Monday to Friday (with the exception of state and national public holidays). Outside these hours we can have your callers
leave messages on your personalised voice mail service and we action these on the
next working day. |
